When you say to moisturize your hair does it mean....?

does it mean also to oil it cause i have an oil for anti friz and for ends is it the same?

Yes it is true " to moisturize your hair it does mean oiling. I am not familiar wih the oil you have mentioned. I can talk for myself and I have been using coconut and almond oil on and off but i have been regularly using a lotion called ziravie which has helped me and I dont have even one hair falling

My mother taught me this, she was a professional hairdresser or stylist for many years.  Pour anti freeze on you head and leave it for a minute. Rinse it off with Used Motor Oil, then wash it with liquid dish detergent.  Then hold your head out the window until it dries, air drying is the best.  After that, cover your head with a plastic wrap for 30 minutes.  After than, call the doctor.
