When you see the sunset, what comes to mind?

What do you think about or what words come to mind? What are your feelings..please describe if posssible. Thanks so much.

i feel calm and quiet. like i just wanna sit and watch it. i wanna be with the person i love. all my stress, anxiety, everything clears my mind and i just focus on one thing: that sunset. some of this is sort of exaggerated haha

Honestly, ever since I went on a cruise through the carribean, everytime i see a sunset that's what i think of, seeing the sun meet the horizon of the beautiful blue carribean water and the sky. It was so beautiful.

How can anyone ever see a sunset and not believe in it's creator?   I have someone I love very much living in another state and have asked if he is seeing What I am seeing (Very romantic)  Sunsets are never the same just like our DNA so I have always viewed them as a gift from God himself...enjoy.

God and how wonderful he made the earth.His love for man and the awesomeness of such order.How the light distributes color. How wonderful it is when you love someone and they love you. What is love? to love my neighbor as myself? i wish nasa would take a break and harness solar,geothermal,wind,coal,lightening,wa... motion,..., something other than oil for american energy. When i look at the earth the potential seems so great. we are so lucky to have the complete bible. so many soldiers gave their lives seems the very least i can do is be thankful

When i see a sunset i see beauty in the world even with all the inhuman happenings. I also wish that one day i would enjoy one with a loved one.

Sometimes I try to picture the earth as a tiny globe slowly circling around that huge ball of hot plasma across an immense gulf of space, just to get some perspective.  And then I have to imagine that even this huge expanse is just a tiny part of the solar system, which itself is just a tiny spec compared to even the nearest few stars.  I'm sure it doesn't do the real picture any justice, though.

maybe this is just me but when i see a sunset

i look beyond the light and if you acually think about you can see the entire sun just going down and it pretty cool because its in space

I feel... It's hard to explain how I fell but I think it feels like:

Goodbye, the sun is leaving & dusk is coming. Hello stars. I sometimes feel peaceful & it is kinda romantic (especially when I am at the beach).

I sit very stilll and try ever so hard to feel the Earth spinning.... I try to erase all that "the sun's going down' stuff and replace it with "the world is turning'.....if I concentrate very hard, it works!..... the very best is when I can look over my shoulder and see the Moon in opposition and then place myself, in my mind, between the two in Space..... if I am allowed, I sit there until we've turned past the Sun's location and have only the Moon and stars to observe..... and then .... and THEN... I REALLY get WEIRD ideas!!.......................*smile*......
