You should receive your installment agreement letter within 45 days after you requested the Installment agreement.  If it has been 45 days and you have not received a response to your installment agreement call IRS at 1-800-829-0922 or 1-800-829-7650 to verify your request was received and assigned to a Tax Examiner.
