4 a guy that uses big words ur question makes NO sense at all. pool buzzed or pool sober. basically thats like asking driving buzzed or driving sober.

Perhaps at first, as the alcohol relaxes you, yes. But after a point, if you're still winning, chances are it's because your opponent is as drunk as (or drunker than) yourself.
