  1. Swimming is a total body work out if done correctly you will find it will strengthen your core muscles and also give you a cardio workout as well

    The weight loss will depend on your intensity but yes it is possible


  2. swimming is one of the best exercise to do. its very good on your joints because ur not pounding them on pavement and stuff. its very good for an all round body tone and it will make your shoulders bigger. swimming is very good for your lungs to because it makes them bigger. you will lose weight swimming as long as u include a healthy diet
