  1. One hand if you know the ball is gone, or you wanna let go of the bat fast.

Two hands if it is a must hit situation like runners in scoring position and all you need is a single.

Or depending on your swing you can do either in any situation.

  2. It depends on your style of batting/swinging.

  3. I always keep both hands on the bat. Just how I am.

  4. Sometimes one sometimes both. As long as I don't let the bat go flying off.

  5. It does depend on what kind of hitter. Most of your directional base hit guys end up with one hand on the follow thru after they hit the ball. This gives them more control to all fields almost a directional pointing thing. Most of your power hitter use two hands all the way thru and then after the total swing will hold with one hand.

  6. Most of your so-called Power Hitters end up with just 1 hand holding the bat,but most good hitters keep both hands on the bat. By keeping both hands on the bat you have better control of it and of where you hit the ball. I say keep both hands on the bat and I teach the youngsters that.

  7. two

  8. Both work fine, it seems to just depend on the hitter.

    Personally, I'm a two hander.

  9. Two hands.
