How much does one math class vary from another?

For example in Bio 1, it is a repeat of what was learned in general bio. And Chem 2 was really a repeat of chem 1, does this also hold true for like a year of calculus? How huge of a difference is there day to day , from one math class to another for math? Does it build off of and repeat from previous math classes?

  1. um... if you're talking about HSC prelim (yr 11) then math 2 unit general atm is all easy c**p and its just as the title suggests general. its a real repeat of last year. Math 2 unit advanced or calculus is just that, and we did not do any calculus before prelim!!

there is 3 unit.. or 1 unit extension and this is not a repeat. i dont know anout 4 unit coz i dont do that one (we didnt have it as an option )

all math is helped from previous lessons and years. you do learn new things tho. if its all the exact same then someones doing someting wrong.

and i disagree with you completely that chemistry is the same..

i dont know if you're talking about the same course and/or year as i am!!
