In Hillary Clinton's latest book, she says "there's no such thing as 'sombody else's child' ".

Scary, huh?

Let me translate: In other words, she wants universal healthcare: hardworking middle class and upper class pay for every nickel and dime that the lazy welfare recipients spend. It's not enough that they sit and home and watch tv while collecting food stamps, WIC, welfare, and free housing at the tax payers' expense. Free college too, in some areas.

  1. To answer your question, YES!  I pay for everyone!

But what is scary is that if some kid fell off his bike and got hurt outside of your trailer, you'd refuse to give him a band-aid (socialist healthcare, after all) and slam the door and refuse to help him.

Scary to know that if some kid wanted to eat, you'd deny his family the ability to get food.

Scary to think that you vote!  I'll use mine just to cancel you out.

  2. i think that she's right. if this country stopped being selfish towards their own countrymen, we wouldn't have as many problems as it is. plus, i also think that we should start feeding the homeless in our own country before we feed the homeless in other countries.

if we further educate or people (especially your so called welfare recipients) there would be less welfare, food stamp, wic and free housing recipients. universal health care and education helps the less fortunate. there are many hardworking individuals without access to it and i feel as if everyone deserves it. we are one of the few countries not benefiting from it.

  3. I am for helping the less fortunate if their ill-fortune is due to no fault of their own.  When their ill-fortune is due to their own laziness then they should be left to their own devices.

  4. I have to agree to a certain extent.  There are people on welfare that really do need it because of job loss or some other misfortune.  However, there are soooo many people that abuse the system.  One person posted that we need to educate the people on welfare.  Well, that would be all well and good if they would actually do that, but most won't.  They don't want to.  They want to sit at home and watch tv, sleep until 2 or 3, go when they want, and still get free money.  I hate to even admit this, but I know some young man (19) that dropped out of school, went to the social security office and applied for disability.  He got it based on the fact that he can't read or write.  Are you infuriated?  I know I am.  I am sure that he is just one of many.  If he is too lazy to go to school, he is too lazy to hold a job.  I think if these kids don't want to finish school they should be on their own.

  5. It is not the federal goernments role to take care of poeple charity would be a lot better- when the year is about to end they don't spend every penny like crazy so they run out of money- they keep it and use it to help other people.

  6. The problem is not passing food stamps and WIC and so on...The problem is we pass this out and forget about the people suffering. So they say s***w this, I am gonna take my share and lay on the couch.

We need to be more proactive in helping people. Have you ever been to any of these government places? They make me sick to my stomach. When was the last time a government agent was actually helping? They are also in there just to earn a good wage, do the work and go home. I have seen too many unqualified government workers doing their jobs.

I think if the government wanted they could have a more proactive approach with finding people jobs. I am not saying, push them out and start looking for a job. How about we take some of these people and train them for entry level jobs in the governement? Not just push them out and hope they can find work at a McDonalds. Lets try to give them some GOOD (I dont mean that half mediocre computer training they give where people are paying half attention...including teachers) and decent training. Lets have some support groups for them to be able to join. Lets assign more social workers to help in a more individualized way and with care and some decent "Customer Service" skill instead of their arrogant behaviours.

However, it seems that if we can just place a bandaid over the problem, the politicians are just happy to get just by. We are a super power in the world. What the h**l does that mean?? Oh yes, I forget we have to spend money helping other countries and fighting their wars or pretending to be doing that. So much for Americans helping Americans.

And I do agree about Madonna and all those idiotic celebrities not worrying about their country first. They make me sick.

  7. she has ALWAYS been a nutter..its her style...its one reason she will NEVER be president

  8. I'm all for helping out less fortunate people, but when it comes to illeagels, then that's a huge no no.

  9. To answer your question, YES! I pay for everyone!  I don't do it, but I want you to do it while I'm in the diner.

But what is scary is that if my kid fell off his bike and got hurt outside of your trailer trying to break in to get food, you'd refuse to give him a band-aid (socialist healthcare, after all) and slam the door and refuse to help him.

Scary to know that if some kid wanted to eat at your house, you'd deny his family the ability to get food out of your refrigerator.  That's ridiculous.  Give them the keys to your trailer.

Scary to think that you vote! I'll use mine just to cancel you out.

  10. No such thing as somebody else's child??????

Um, okay, I'll tell her this, when I get the tax deductions for everybody else's child then I will stop complaining about my tax dollars supporting them.
