    Check out the conditioning article, I think it has just what you're looking for. You dont even need anlkle weights. But you can use them anyways. I don't think It's gonna hurt anything. But trust me you're gonna feel it tomorrow.

  3. Ankle weights go around your ankles and are to add extra weight when you walk, jump, etc. - in other words when you move your feet.

    Squats work your thighs and glutes while your feet are planted on the ground.

    They have nothing to do with one another.
