  1. If the white line is solid, then NO, you should never drive over a solid line.

This would be an area of the road designated for either parking or busses or bicycles. If it's located on the  right side of a rural road, then it's the shoulder and you should never drive along the shoulder unless you are building up speed to enter traffic after stopping for an emergency.

If you drove over this area on a test, you would probably fail your Driving Test

  2. Nope...........

  3. You should not do it.  If something or someone happened to be there, especially in a blind spot, it would be too late to react.  Also, if a police sees it, he could pull you over.  It is unlawful in some areas.  I saw it happen a few times.

  4. From the picture you show .. no you cannot cross over the solid white line ... and there is no need to.

  5. If you are traveling on the highway and you have to make a right turn and there is a white line there, you have to cross it to make a right turn unless you can go under it.

  6. No, Some people like to do that if there car can fit and they don't want to wait behind the person in front of them... YOU MUST (should, right thing to do by law) WAIT until the person in front of you goes. Also if a Police officer happens to be there when you are making that right turn over the line he/she  will most likely pull-u-over. he/she may tell you one of the reasons maybe due to the people that are walking on the side walk and if you hit them... well then you will get in an even bigger problem then... and you dont want that to happen

    HOPE THIS HELPED!!
