  1. No, there's no charge with a debit card.  You can use a debit card as many times as you like during the month as long as the money is in your checking account.  There is a limit on how much cash you can obtain in any single day.  It varys so you should ask your bank.

  2. I think It  may vary  from bank to bank.  I have an account with a bank that charged me a fee for purchasing something and getting cash back  that forced me to over draft my account.  I didn't know this and since then I had them put a block on it so I can only  use it as a credit card. I think there isn't a limit, but I don't know if this depends on the bank.

  3. When I had an account with US Bank, they charged a quarter every time you purchased something and used the card as a "debit" card. If you told the cashier to use it as a "credit" card, there was no fee. I suggest asking your bank what fees are associated with the use of your debit card.

  4. no to both your questions. only limit w/b daily withdrawal limit, which is usually $300.00 a day, as long as your account isn't overdrawn, theres no limit of uses, and never a charge for cash back.
