When you wear colored prescription contacts (like red ones) does the everything look normal or is it colored?

No, everything looks normal. The colored part only covers the iris, it does not affect your vision, well besides making it clearer.

said that most people say they can see the color around their pupil

im pretty sure that you see clearly. only the part covering the colored section of your eye would be red

i wear colored contacts and YeS everything is still normal. it just changes your eye color but thats it

The only time its going to change is Nike Maxsights  which are tinted.
