When you were a kid did you think that boys/girls were "icky"?

lol, I got engaged when I was 5! ... Never thought boys were 'icky' unless they really were. (eww... one boy in my class always had boogers hanging down!)

My five year old daughter goes back and forth between thinking boys are icky and liking them. lol, we moved in with my boyfriend earlier this year and are constantly giving him our "girl germs" and making his bathroom pretty! ... Boys are fun to pick on.

That reminds me. We are running low on glitter spray :) (((we like to make sure our shirts are nice and sparkly then hug the guys in our life)))

I had three brothers. Cooties or not, they were just boys. I didn't care either way, but I did think "girly" girls were stupid!

I always had little crushes.  My first crush was in first grade.....so I never thought they were icky.

No I've been boy crazy my entire life pretty much.  I remember in like grade 2 or 3, there was a kissing corner in the school yard.  We used to push boys into a corner and kiss them.  We got in trouble by a teacher when she saw us.  We were told that we were only supposed to kiss our moms and dads.

No, I never did.  I remember having a crush on a boy in kindergarten. Of course, there were boys and girls that were just icky themselves. You know, the ones that peed their pants all the time or whatever. But never did I think "eww, boys."

I think in general, everybody that said it was doing so because everybody else was saying it. I personally wasn't interested in boys like that until junior high. Before that I was into hanging out with friends. My 4 going on 5 yr. old girl gets "crushes" on boys from preschool, or her big brother's buddys now & then. (8 yr olds) It's all normal.

I thought they had cooties when i was a kid but my son is in the first grade and he just thinks girls are wonderful!!  I think kids just grow up too fast these days!

Lol I did it just cuz my friends did. In reality there was only one person in my kindergarten class who did hate girls.
