it can mean he's selling acid tabs or that he is willing to create a tab system for you so next time you want to purchase something he puts it on your tab and you pay him eventually when you get the money, I wouldn't get into that though, don't get into debt with a drug dealer.

um, as in getting high drugs...

like tab, as in a peice, or somtimes just enought to get a nice and easy high. also, could mean the drug acid, because it comes in tablets and a peice of it is refered as tabs. so ya.

if you mean prescription drugs, it's referring to "tablets" as opposed to capsules, liquid, etc.
