When your nose itches, what does it mean?

Sometimes it itches for about 10 minutes and it is rather annoying!

Well, my gramma always said it meant company was coming. She also said that when the palm of your hand itched it meant you were going to get a lot of money. Mine itches all the time but I'm still looking for that money.
