When your on a plane, & you have to use the Oxygen masks, what do cats use if the're on the plane with you?

If you were on a plane, and you had your cat in your lap and the crew dropped down the oxygen masks because you needed them urgently, would anything drop for the cat? Or will they bring a special mask for the cat?

When you carry your cat on the airplane with you, it must remain in the carrying case, on the floor of the aircraft the whole time. This is FAA regulation...so the cat would never be sitting on your lap to begin with.

Unfortunately, in the event of a decompression (when the oxygen masks fall), there would be no oxygen for your cat. This is a risk you have to take when traveling with your pet. Just keep in mind that the chances of this happening are very, very, very slim.

No, there is special no mask for the cat. I imagine you could use the one next to you if noone is there.
