Well all feelings, emotions, physical sensations come from your mind it all originates there so when you are asleep and dreaming you really believe it is happening so you have the same feelings and physical sensations in your dreams as you do in real life.  Your mind is a powerful thing,  that's why mental imagery is such a strong thing.

I don't know! I'd like to know the answer too because I really feel kisses in my dreams too. Some people say your kissing your hand. I think it might be that your lips may get really sensitive while your sleeping and dreaming about kissing, therefore you feel it.

Then again, thats just a guess.
