Whenever I restart my computer, I loose everything, pictures, files, etc. What should I do?

When I want to restart my computer, maybe because it's slow or something, I loose everything. My pictures, files, documents, etc. What am I doing wrong? I need to restart it now, but am afraid of the stuff I might loose....please help, asap.

  1. Do you own your computer?Check the administrator if oyur not the owner of your computer.

    I guess your computer has been installed with Deep Freeze. This is a program that when it is being installed on a computer, after restarting, all your saved documents, program installed on the computer will be erased. This is a common software used in Internet Cafe to avoid deletion of system files and viruses.After restarting, the programs that was being installed will be the one will will only load before the deep freeze is installed in it.
