  1. I don't know what you running form is, but I would suggest that you keep your arm swing to a minimum,  I try to keep my wrists and elbows in the same plane to minimize arm swing and also to conserve energy.  It will feel awkward if you have a lot of arm movement, but will feel natural later on.  I hope this helps.

  2. yes i get it dont eat that much before you go run and when you get side aches you should breath whith your lips almost shut

  3. Yup...I know exactly what you mean and it has happened to me before...! The feeling of pain in the front part of your shoulder is actually caused by bad breathing technique and the pain is actually related to your lungs and that's why you only feel it in your right shoulder. When running long distances sometimes this can happen and it will often times get you to stop running since you won't be able to stand against it! To prevent it make sure that you breath in through your nose and breath out from your mouth because that is the correct way of air circulation in the body... I know it's hard to breath through the nose all the time and maybe you can use your mouth to take a deep breath once in a while but you've got to develop the habit of breathing in through your nose...!

It's good that you stretch and warm your shoulders before running but the main reason for the pain is not your bones and your muscles and just remember to start breathing the right way and developing the habit...!

    Good Luck...!
