Whenever I try to call my voice mail on my cell phone, it says "network busy." Why do you think this is?

It's very annoying because I have 2 messages that I haven't heard!!!

I can think of 2 possibilities:

1) the setting for how to connect to voicemail somehow got changed on your phone.

2) somehow your voicemail box was taken off your phone's account.

In either case, the best thing to do is to call your carrier for support.  Dial 611 to connect to Customer Service and the agent will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you.
