Whenever i do ab work outs why does.......??

Whenever i do crunches or other ab workouts why does my neck usually feel muscle cramps and my thighs is this suppose to happen? And i barely feel like im working out my abs.

  1. Sounds like your not using your Abs enough, like you should. Not using correct. form. The neck can still get sore eventually with ab work.  


  2. i know how u feel but what u have to do is place ur hands behind ur head when u do the abs for support n ur thighs have to be positioned in the right angle so try changing the way you do it and maybe your not doing enough crunches try doing 4 sets of 50
