Whenever i get nervous i mess up on thingss?

at work in particular, i am 16 and i started working at a pharmacy and i work the cash register and lotto machine and im getting the hang of things but whenever my boss is watching me i get nervous and make mistakesss. how can i help this?

It's ok. Maybe it's one of your first jobs and your boss just too strict to you. You think "omg no way something wrong will be happen to me while he's watching me". Have confidence and repeat to yourself "I can do it, I can do it" and then the work will go well, you are one of the best in your field and you know it. It's like a writing a test, you studied so hard. Just relax and do your work, let your boss watching you and see how you confidence and have all experience written in your resume.
