mirror i always think wat an ugly 14 year old ginger girl all i want is to be pretty so that i get attantion of boys but they never seem to notice me please help me to feel confident?

adolescence is such a tough time for a person and i remember that I wasn't very confident either as a teenager. i didn't have a boyfriend until I was 18 and it wasn't until around that age that i started to feel more confident.

My advice is to hang around people who treat you well and make you feel good about who you are. do things that you enjoy doing and that make you feel good.

Sport is a great confidence booster and if you're not into team sports find a solo one you can do like tennis, martial arts, yoga.

every-time you look into the mirror focus on what you like about yourself and not the negative things, if you think negative about yourself other people will too and don't say there isn't anything good about yourself because there good in everyone.

getting boys attention i no is what every teenager thinks is important i do too but they way you too that is by showing that your confident in yourself, juts think positive :)

Beauty is nothing to do with the superficial image changes like "dye your hair" or "change your style".

Firstly, if you change your style, when the style you have at the moment is "you", you won't feel as though you're being yourself, and you'll feel even worse!

There is a good old saying in my religion that "beauty is cleanliness and a smile", and for me, I think that is true.

People will always notice you more if you appear more confident and if you greet them with a smile, it will give them a lasting positive feeling about you.

Personally, I think that red hair is beautiful, it is bright and different and noticeable. Rather than thinking of the negative connotations of "ginger", think about the beautiful things in the world that are red like sun and fire, be confident about this colour!

Your hair is one of your assets, so instead of cursing it, take good care of it, make sure it always looks clean and healthy and other people will admire it. As for the rest of you, make the most of what nature gave you, be confident that you are a beautiful person like everybody else, just by being positive.
