  1. Assuming your wiring is "normal", I'd guess you're just more sensitive than most. You get caught up in the music and maybe feel it more strongly than most, possibly because when you're watching the singer, you're more likely to pick up on the emotions than if you're just listening.

There may be something else though, I really have no idea.

  2. estrogen?

  3. Are you spiritual at all?  This may be a spiritual reaction you are having.  I suggest reading "The Witch of Portobello" by Paulo Coelho.  I read the book last week, and it describes the effects of music on spirituality and emotions.  It has nothing to do with witchcraft, btw.  The book is purely fiction + spirituality.  It may be worth exploring this option, if you're open to it.

  4. Whoa! I do that too! I don't know, this might be far-fetched, but are you kinda shy in front of crowds? Whenever there is someone who is either singing to me or in front of a large crowd of some sort, it's almost like I get embarrassed for them.... even if they are an amazing singer. I really think that's what it is. I get chills, and pretty uncomfortable, and I tear up. Almost like I'm the one singing. Maybe we are putting ourselves in their position? That seems to make the most sense to me!

  5. You're overly emotional.
