Whenever i try to click on personalize this page i cant and it says Run Script "void(0)" so i cant personalize

i cant personalize anything!!!

This happens on Safari and FireFox

Problems like this may happen due to a bad cache. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient)  & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This  HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya... .

Also, make sure that you have the latest Java loaded and scripting enabled.

Check you have java enabled, tools, options content.

test you have latest Javascript downloaded.

If all that fails..(I couldn't get java working for month's until I found this)

& you are using FF make a new profile. This worked for me even though I didn't use the new profile and stuck with the original default one)
