  1. Sounds like you're missing the audio/video driver(s).

    Try rebooting your computer.

If that doesn't fix the problem, click on Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > If there's a yellow check mark next to anything click on it and try to update the driver. Or search online for the driver update and do it manually. Or, further still, buy a new sound/video card - the current one could be corrupted.

    Good luck. =J

  2. Open iTunes got to HELP in upper toolbar and select check for updates from the drop down window.  Allow the program to update if need be.  This should fix you up but if for some reason it doesn't continue with the following:

If you are running windows XP or vista - go to the MY COMPUTER icon and select CONTROL PANEL.  Go to ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS hi-lightht iTunes and select REPAIR.  If this doesnt correct uninstall and reinstall iTunes but make sure you save your iTunes music folder to another location just to be on the safe side!!  Hope this helps!!

  3. If you have recently downloaded other Audio programs that can interfer with the itunes default settings. If you know what program go into Add remove programs in the control panel and remove it if its not something you need, or go into the itunes settings, a look at look at what it is set for and adjust things untill it works. It hard to say exactly what it might be it could be alot of things but those are the most obvious.
