  1. maybe your not connceted to the internet? i don't know i've never heard of that problem. maybe call microsoft and see what they say. 1-800-4MY-XBOX


  2. theres a problem with your network internet connection...your router or modem  is not getting internet... if they get internet your not connected to xbox liVe
