  1. Skin damage, possibly hard skin?

    Any injuries from an accident?

    You need to describe it a little better.


  2. Could be a heel spur.  Best to get it checked by a doctor.

  3. could be bone spurs. I would go get it checked out. A regular doc can tell you or most chiropracters can tell you.
