Whenever im on my period.I always throw up!?

Whenever im on my period.I always throw up.Like whenever my cramps happen.Im scared that this will happen at school or somewere else...can anyone tell me why i throw up on my period?Is it normal?and what can i do to not throw up>?

i used to throw up on the first day nearly every month until i started birth control pills it just happens with some gals try to drink plenty of water

it's normal sometimes people are just like that when at school be sure to do things that won't upset your stomach. Try to stay still I just get nauseous.

Some horrible things can occur, when you are on your period. Like we need anything else!!!

Anyway, not that uncommon. I get severe headaches and occasionally ... well -- never mind. Let's just say that I willing to trade with you.

It's normal, I do it too. It just makes some of us really nauseous. Good luck with it!

PS, sometimes chewing mint gums helps with the nausea.

You could probably use some real medical advice on this question. I think your pediatrician (you sound young...sorry if I'm wrong) could answer this over the phone. Ask your mom to help you call.
