  1. There are  muscles attached to the   the collar bone and the upper end of the sternum which contract on laughing.

    It may be a pain associated with one of those muscles . The pain may also be related to the sterno clavicular joint.

    Is the pain towards the inner end of the collar bone?

    In any case get yourself examined.
