Whens the best time take creatine, as I'm looking to get more muscular, i am currently taking protein supplements alongside ,y weights routine but looking to incorporate creatine.

Also what dosage do you think is best??

    Creatine needs insulin to drive it into your muscles. The way to illicit that insulin spike naturally is to take it with a glass of grape juice (or something similarly sugary with no fat or protein)
