Whens the best time of year to visit iceland?

I'm visiting Iceland in a few weeks.  I would say this time of year, because it is still winter and you can enjoy all the winter activities, such as glacier walking, watching the Northern Lights, and exploring ice caves, but it is warm enough to enjoy outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking and golf with out freezing.

Each season is different, it depends on what you prefer, do you like green nautre, ice nature, animals, walk around?
