Whens the earliest time UPS delivers an overnight package that requires a signature?

i check the tracking and its in my city and it says that its out for delivery at 3am. proximately when can i expect it to arrive, when would be the earliest they would arrive at my door?

Once its scanned at the final delivery center it is loaded on the truck and sits there until about 8:45- 9:00 AM when the drivers arrive and leave the building. So the packages say out for delivery whenever they are scanned and loaded not when they actually leave the building for delivery....follow?
