Whens the next meteor shower in California

i have a real fascination with stars and the sky i wanted to know where i can see a meteor shower in California Riverside area and when will it be and what timeee.

Tonight.  While the Perseid Meteor shower peaks on the 12th (a Tuesday), there are at least some meteors every night.  You can probably already see some Perseid meteors tonight.  But maybe Friday night or Saturday night will fit your schedule better.

These showers are much the same all over the Earth. Dress in layers.  Just because it's summer doesn't mean you might not get cold.

Same place and time as everywhere else

August 12th, though you can already see shooting stars before that, just not as many. You should be able to see about 20 or so an hour starting the 10th, with a peak of 80 an hour on the 12th, before it drop to 15-20 on the 13th. The best time to look is around 0:15 am local time, when the moon has set, you should look towards the northeast.

EDIT: Technically, that's 0:15 am on the 13th, but you know what I mean right?

If you have the chance, get out of the city. With all the lights in a city, it's difficult to see the shooting stars.
