between 12-18 days post ovulation but even then your pregnancy hormone might not be strong enough so if you get a neg but still miss your period get a blood test. or if you want to know soon 15dpo take a blood test good luck and lots of baby dust.

The timing of the earliest pregnancy test depens on when the fertilzed egg implants. The average implantation is 9 dpo, and the earliest is 6 dpo. A urine pregnancy test can become positive as early as 3-4 dpo so if implantation happend on 6 dpo the HPt can become positive as early as 9-10 dpo, but not usually until 12-13 dpo.
