Well as the two gents above me have stated, its in route 225. May not be a fun journey but its well worth it. As you may have done research, porygon-z kicks ***. But, I shall give you mild details on the whereabouts of this "Dubious Disc".

If you have managed to get to route 225 already, do so. Then proceed to go forward past 3 trainers. Battle them if you wish.

Take a left, you will see a lake. Surf.

Go up the stairs, through a grassy patch, then to a sand bar thing.

Walk around through i believe 4 grassy patches.

then you shall see a walking person.

Walk past them

you will see another.

walk past them.

you will se a lake.

surf AND ITS YOURS!!

The Dubious Disc can be found on Route 225, near a house by a lake. It is across the lake.

The Dubious Disc is used to evolve Porygon2 into Porygon Z.
