Where, how can i recycle mattresses?

Well, I just gave mine to the Salvation Army. i know there are many people who shop there, like needy families that probably have it already. I always donate my things I don't want or need anymore over there. It really helps when you're moving too. :-[]

not sure if your city has it but we take old furniture to our recycling area

Take it to good will, they'll recycle it for you.

throw it in the Rio Grande. a mexican family would love to have it.

if it's still in good condition give it to your local goodwill and they will give it to someone in need

i am not certain that you reallly want to do this. Man staes have health laws against such . Check your regional laws first.

Don't know if you belong to your local freecycle yahoo group?  If the mattress is in good condition, someone may want it...  Go to groups.yahoo.com and go from there.  Goodluck!
