Where, near the southeast side of chicago, can i get a cheap plumber to install my ReverseOsmosis water system

i just brought a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system......and i need it installed. most of the plumbers i called near my area said they dont do those type of installations. the job shouldnt take anymore than 2 hrs because i live in a apartment. i need somebody close and cheap....because like i said.....its a samll system to install.
