to but the stalls aka take over, u can try looking at the classified ads in the local papers.

There are always more than 1 stall that sell cold drinks and desserts like ice kachang, jelly cocktail & chengdol, etc ...... in the hawker centres in Singapore as well as Food Courts in various shopping malls.

Prices will depend on the ingredients u want on your ice kachang like chocolate.

For deserts, go to Bedok's hawker centre, this stall called "hollywood" which sells one of the best deserts. Famous too. Its changed ownership though..
