Where's Fez's hometown at? (Fez from That 70's Show)?

Whenever he's about to reveal where he lives, he gets interrupted and it's really annoying me. If you know the answer, 10 points ^_^!

Fez's never actually revels where he from. In fact if you listen closely he changes his accent ever so slightly in every show.

but in wikipedia, they say that he might be from indonesia because its like jungle there and it was conquered by the dutch and british, and in one episode he was talking about the dutch and british when he and the "mac- guy-justin long, he guessed starred" were talking about their home town
