Where's a cheap place to celebrate my 21st birthday in the Orlando area?

I'm turning 21 next month. I live in Winter Haven, but I have friends in Winter Springs and might be spending my birthday in either of the two places. I don't want to spend too much money or go out with very many people, but I'd like to have a chill night with lots of alcohol options. Where would you recommend I go?

Th Hard Rock is fun to have a birthday, and the prices are pretty descent.  They make great pina coladas!  I've celebrated my birthday there before.

My friends 21st was done here awesome place great food entertainment and drinks a little pricey but a very good place might be a drive from where you are though

Blue Martini isn't very chill, in fact they usually have loud music playing every night.  Sometimes it's easy listening, sometimes is ghetto rap, and sometimes it's a band playing covers.  It also has a sort of Hooters feel to it as the the servers are pretty much perfect 10s and have to wear skimpy outfits with blue corsets.  It is a great place to go to celebrate a birthday but will cost you a pretty penny.  

Now, depending on your idea of chill, Point Orlando has two bars (LuLus Bait Shack, Adobe Gillas) that are right across from each other and usually aren't too busy, they also offer lots  of drink specials with plenty seating outside.  They are pretty perfect for medium sized groups.  Fiddlers green is also pretty chill this time of year.  If you really can't decide on a place just park your car in a Garage in downtown Orlando and drift from club to club till you find something you like.  Most of the clubs and bars downtown are also pretty chill this time of year, not to mention how bare everything is now that gas has gone way up.  There are so many drink specials going on down there right now they're almost giving the alcohol away.

The bluemartini idea is nice, but i heard you have to be aleast 25 to get in or it might be just a rumor. I dont know why you should call and find out. And i use to work in a restaurant and they dont allow smoking inside in the state of florida, just a heads up.
