Where's a good breakfast joint to have a quiet informal breakfast meeting in Arlington TX area?

I'm looking in the area around Six Flags - Of 360 between I30 and I20 - but easy to find. I've got to meet a client there. I don't want a Denny's or IHOP because those are usually loud and I need to stay for about 3 hours.

And I can't afford a Hyatt hotel buffet - something relatively inexpensive!

  1. The Pioneer - its a family owned small diner east of 360 and north of Divison (right behind the old 6 flags mall.

    Its the only place other than IHOP or Denny's that I can think of in that area.


  2. La Madeline off of Collins and I30....it is going to be on left hand side or they built and new Panera Bread Co. right by the new stadium...Also there is probably some hidden bistros in the shopping center by Sherlock's and Friday's!
