Depends on where you are!  Downtown many people like Movenpick, I've only be there for dessert.  Mr Greenjeans is a good all round restaurant at the Eaton Centre.  Le Bifteque at the Sheraton Hotel or Woodbine and Danforth in Markham.   Bombay Palace for Indian.  For Japanese, Memories of Japan on Don Mills south of Lawrence, hands down.
