In any of these areas: Manila, Makati, QC, Edsa, Rizal, or surrounding areas.

I'm proposing to a girl that likes rock music and is a grade school teacher.

I already have a couple ideas in mind, but I'm open to any suggestions regarding place or ideas of how to propose.

I heard on top of the Philam life tower (or is it citibank) there's a restaurant where you can arrange to have a table set up outside- all it takes is a little schmoozing :) Best of luck!

why not go to her fave resto or her school or her house or something
