Where's a good restaurant to eat at?

Question

I'm having my 17th birthday and my parents want to eat somewhere that day but I don't know any good restaurants.

What are some good restaurants that aren't super fancy.

I recommend the Cheesecake Factory because it is a more upscale restaurant that has a wide variety of foods to choose from. The iced tea there is also great and generally they have excellent service. All the restaurants are clean and have a very lively atmosphere.

Another great one would be the California Pizza Kitchen (CPK). They have a lot of foods there and again excellent service for families.

If you live in Southern California, I would go to Marmalade Cafe it is Zagat rated and offers the most variety in foods. It is casual, and the food is served fresh. Mediterranean style cooking. The pricing is great! I would get the white fish there!

In Malibu there is a place called Alegria. It is Italian and reservations are accepted.

In Malibu there is another Italian place called Guido's make reservations to go.

Cafe Firenze is a new place in Moorpark, California that is great with a new bar. IT IS ITALIAN!

Mimi's Cafe is a little less pricey, and is not as fresh as the others; however, I still recommend it cause it is a chain.

P.F Changs (Asian Style cooking)

My favorites have always been Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebees, Dingbats, and Red Robin.
