  1. Hi,

It all depends on what you want to do and where you want to go.

For information on restaurants in Canberra including venues, clubs, bars etc.. You can have a look at this website.

    Out In Canberra:

    http://www.outincanberra.com.au

This website is probably the best website to look at if your planning on taking someone out somewhere. It has a list of clubs, bars, restaurants all over Canberra.

If you subscribe to their newsletter you get even get discounts at a number of places or you can print them off as well without having to subscribe to it.

The main restaurant areas are Manuka, Kingston, Garema Place in the city, Dickson then there's suburbian shopping centres in other areas of Canberra which have restaurants as well. As I mentioned before the best thing to do is to look at the Out in Canberra website to get the full list of places to go.

If you have any other questions about Canberra please feel free to contact me anytime.

    Thank you

  2. Dinner and movies would be a great date.

With that in mind, check out the North Quarter at the end of the Canberra Centre.  There's some great restaurants there, such as Wagamama, Kingsleys, Cream etc.  You can then go and see a movie at Dendy which is a great cinema.  Move the armrest away so you can be close to your date.

After that, go to Black Mountain peninsula and enjoy the view of the city.

    Have a fun date
