Alot of couples in new york go to las vegas but id rather go to paris or some private island where theres a beach and its quiet and warm. In paris you can get your portrait done..go on romantic boat rides. there tons to do there. I hear Bora Bora is a nice place too. =]

You should get some information about Fiji before you book. It is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and the Fiji Islands knocks off of those other cookie cutter resorts and is more affordable.

It depends on what you want.

We decided to get married while on a holiday to Venice, so we went back for our honeymoon, same hotel, same room etc.  We prefer the types of Holiday which involves a bit of culture and exploring rather than loads of time on a beach.

Saying that though, I also thought Mauritius, Hawaii, Tahiti would be good destinations. My husband would also like to go back to the Hotel Fortina in Malta.

Niagara Falls is where I've always considered THE place for

newlyweds but we went to the Pocono Mountains in those

special cabin rooms with mirrors and heart shaped tubs   It was

a whole recreation area   It was beautiful but a bit expensive

Memorable never the less and we met some decent Canadians

Banff, AB, Canada. Its the most beautiful place in the whole world! Especially in the snow. Amazing snowboarding (or skiing). More fun than lying on a beach for 2 weeks!

ok...its well expensive but as you said it don't matter...i suggest BORA BORA. i've never been there but i've heard its such a magical place. its definitely a place i'd go on my honeymoon. its so secluded & looks unbelievably romantic.

the only downfall is, you'd have to travel for a very long time to get there! i'm in u.k & it'll take like a 40hour flight journey to get there but anyway check it out...you'll LOVE it! x

Sandals Resort in the Bahama's.It's couples only.I would rather travel to Vancouver,British Columbia;Quebec,Ontario;or Toronto-Montreal.If you have no passports then: The Glacier National Park lodge,Hawaii of the smaller islands away from crowds,Isle Royal National Park(Most Isolated -can only get there by ferry);or A cabin Deep in the woods at one of the National Parks in Oregon-Washington(My favorite).Empire Strikes Back was filmed at the Grand Tetons NP.

BARBADOS!! beautiful i stayed at the almond all inclusive resort for adults only- down the street is also an almond resort that is kid friendly

visit that one too if you go bc you eat and drink for free at both and the kid friendly almond was great for restaurants!! have fun wherever you go!!

the bahamas etc are nice but i have heard of loads of honeymooners getting their rooms raided and robbed .

personally i would go to venice or rome or paris somewhere like that but stay in a really really flash hotel. and in venice you can get a boat ride under the stars or as the sun sets.

The sea was like being in the maldives. The weather there is generally very hot all year round. depends when you want to go!!!
