Where's a place I can go to make posters/collages out of pictures I find on the internet?

I want to make a sort of Collage thing, so I can take pictures of my favorite athletes and put them on my walls. But where can I do this?

You can't use Wal mart or an internet a tool to make collages of pictures that you get from the internet, because the pictures belong to someone else. They clearly state that in their terms. About the only thing you can do is print them and arrange them in a big picture frame or on a bulleting board. It's still not legal but you won't get caught.

It would be legal to buy magazines and then cut the pictures out of the magazines.

If you have jpgs you can upload then to Snapfish.com.  They have a great collage poster tool and the prices are reasonable to print and ship them.
