  1. Must be tough living in Boston if you can't even afford a map of the world. England is joined to Wales and Scotland and next to Ireland, it's roughly between France and Iceland.

Here's a clue............ look for London.

    Go Google Earth, it's great.

  2. typical

  3. England is below Scotland on a map of the United Kingdom. Ireland is off the coast across the Irish sea and France is the closest European coast across the English Channel.

  4. Sit up, look East, your looking at it!!  It's across the atlantic ocean from Boston.

  5. god bless america and her educated scholars

  6. It's just a small island on the Atlantic, not easy to find on the world map. You got to hire a satellite to take high resolution photos to pinpoint it.

  7. Hey dude. Don't worry about all those assholed comments people make. England is located in the south of the United Kingdom.(U.K) It borders Wales and Scotland.

The U.K is situated above the North of France with the English Channel separating the two countries.

Good luck with your assignment... =]

  8. Apart from the obvious answer, there is an alternative!

England is also a GERMAN ISLAND! It is a tiny island just off the west coast of Schleswig Holstein, in the German Bight.

You will need an exceedingly large scale map to find it, as it is so small, but it is there, I promise!

  9. England is north of France and is part of the United Kingdom. It's right across the ocean!!!

  10. you complete and utter muppet.

  11. Location: Western Europe, islands including the northern one-sixth of the island of Ireland between the North Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea, northwest of France

    Geographic coordinates: 54 00 N, 2 00 W

  12. book a air ticket to england. The plane will take you to england.

no need to know the direction unless you are flying the plane.

  13. Surrounded by the Atlantic ocean, right across Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Spain and Portugal.

    EDIT: TO ROLYN?

First of all, Ireland is Irish land not Angle's land!

Northern Ireland is Irish land not Angle's land, unfortunately it was ceased by the British back then.

Scotland is not Angle's territory either!

The only reason why the Scots back in the 1700's signed the  Untied United Kingdom agreement is back they got so bored with the Brits who were parasitically trying to get the Scots to at least " consider " parting with their land because those Brits motto was: " If you can't beat them, get them to join us!"

Those Scots motto was and still is: " Let them think they won, we all know the truth. They tried to defeat us and couldn't succeed!"

  14. England is in north-west Europe, located on a very large island north of France.

    Where is Boston?

  17. I always was under the impression that the U.S.A. had a high standard of education, is your question for real?

You best way to get here is to go to France and then head north, crossing the ENGLISH channel.

One thing we do keep secret is that we do have oil fields,

they can be found in the county of Dorset, Near the Town of Corfe. (But we keep it to ourselves)

  18. Download Google Earth this will help you with your Geography

  19. <<England also known as the UK (United Kingdom).......>>

Wrong.  England is part of the UK.  To test this out, go to Glasgow and say: "I'm pleased to be here in England."  You'll land up in a free bed in the local hospital or an undertakers.  The UK consists of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  20. England also known as the UK (United Kingdom).......is located in Europe, it is very close to Ireland.

  24. England is on an island called Great Briton, it is neighboured by Wales, Scotland and Irland. England is the biggest country on in Briton and has the best football (soccer to you) league in the world. There is a city in England called Liverpool and that is where i am sending this from.

  27. Lines of longitude measure distance east or west of the prime meridian. The longitude of a particular location is the distance along a parallel, measured in degrees, between that place and the prime meridian. The prime meridian passes through the old Royal Observatory at Greenwich, England, and is sometimes referred to as the Greenwich meridian. Since meridians are farthest apart at the equator and converge at the poles, the distance in kilometers (or miles) of 1o of longitude varies from a maximum at the equator, to a minimum at the poles. At the equator the approximate length of 1o  is approximately 111 km (69 mi.). At 60o north and south latitudes, the length of 1o of longitude is approximately 55.5 km (34.5 mi.), or half what it is at the equator.

  28. In the d**n North sea...(c**p place to be situated weather wise!!)

  30. England is a country on an island that makes up most of the UK. The island also contains Scotland (to the North of England) and Wales (to the West of England). The other bit of the UK is Northern Ireland, which is part of a smaller island to the West that also includes Ireland (a separate Nation in itself).
