Where's the best city to visit if you wanna some sun and spiritual tour?

Good selections from addonai...what sort of spiritual are you looking for?  Most of Southern Spain has tons of sun, as well as the rest of the southern Atlantic and all the Mediterranean coast.

Spain has long been a very Catholic country, so if you're looking for spirituality in Catholic church venues, you could go anywhere.  

Lots of former Muslim and Jewish spots...concentrations of buildings still standing in many places.  Toledo has a little of all, Sevilla has the moorish influence everywhere, and the old Jewish quarter, though little in the way of actual Jewish "spiritualism".  We found a lovely old Jewish quarter in Girona (north of Barcelona).  

If you're looking for getting away from civilization kind of spirituality, there are a number of national parks, where nature takes over...We spent a day passing through Grazalema, and would recommend it for the high mountain passes, we had a few prayer sessions passing some of those narrow, hairpin turns with three thousand foot cliff drops...:)  And a couple of "OMG" moments!

El Escorial can be very spiritual, though less sunny than many other spots.  

Depends what you are looking for.

Cordoba is hot, beautiful and very spiritual. Santiago of Compostela also is very gorgeous and spiritual. Granada and Gibraltar are also very beautiful.
